The incredible new season of Open Homes Australia is showcasing many stunning residential projects around Australia, including several featuring our very own products.
One luxurious project out in Balwyn North, delivered five bedrooms, five bathrooms, lift, cinema room, gym, study, bar and much more, capturing not only a property of engaging architectural dimensions, but one that also demonstrates savvy use of prefabricated technology.
Another in beach-side East Gippsland showcased a 426m2 architectural double storey home comprising four bedrooms, two bathrooms, expansive living areas and structurally challenging rooflines. All of which capitalises on sweeping waterfront views of the 90-mile beach.
The project in Plenty featured one man’s vision becoming reality with building his one-of-a-kind family home thanks to LuxeWall® while the project in Cedar Creek showcased a stunning mid-century modern-inspired four bedroom, three bathroom home with separate living and sleeping area pavilions. Straddie Shack saw a re-calibration of a Donovan Hill-designed beach house to complete the internal courtyard space and add a rear deck opening with SolarSpan®.
